**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Finanzas.

Esta persona será responsable por la mitigación del riesgo inherente a la operación comercial dado los valores asignados a la función de Trade Marketing And Distribution (TM&D). Como lo son inventarios, efectivo y crédito, así como descuentos y/o promociones dirigidas a nuestros clientes. A través de la función se monitorea que la operación de Trade se desarrolle en un ambiente de control adecuado para mitigar riesgos anteriormente señalados.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Desarrollar actividades de inteligencia en las operaciones de TM&D que permitan identificar desviaciones a las políticas y procedimientos que regulan la actividad comercial (política de crédito, de aceptación de pago con cheque y de efectivo no depositado, etc.) así como en la correcta aplicación y ejecución de las diferentes actividades estratégicas de TM&D.
- Revisar constantemente los diferentes procesos de TM&D, así como los procesos de control con el objetivo de identificar áreas de oportunidad y/o proponer ajustes para adaptarlos a las necesidades de TM&D y del control de tal forma que se minimice el riesgo de pérdida de recursos por abusos de confianza o desviaciones a las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa
- Preparar información para la dirección general y de ventas, relacionada a riesgos potenciales y abusos de confianza en diferentes foros (Comité de Control, Junta Nacional)
- Proporcionar análisis a diferentes usuarios del área de TM&D y Finanzas referentes a créditos, abusos de confianza, desviaciones, ejecución de estrategias de ventas, etc.
- Evaluar el uso del crédito con el objetivo de identificar área de oportunidad, riesgos y proponer acciones correctivas para la propia actividad y actividades futuras.
- Asegurar el ambiente de control en las distribuidoras del país mediante la supervisión y cumplimiento de las auditorias obligatorias.

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Graduado de una carrera universitaria relacionada con Finanzas, Actuaría, Contaduría pública o Ingeniería en Sistemas/Industrial.
- 2 Años de experiência en roles de análisis financiero.
- Capacidad de análisis para grandes volúmenes de data, captación de información y focalización en las áreas de relevancia.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
- Interés por desarrollar habilidades tecnológicas y de automatización.
- Experiência con SAP y/o BI- excel (avanzado).
- Inglés avanzado.

**DESEABLE**
- Conocimiento en procesos de IT para finanzas.
- Experiência en empresas de consumo masivo.
