As a Jr Operational Excellence Manager, you will be in charge of implementing the commercial management model working together with other areas to perform the points of technology, people and processes

**Key Responsibilities**
- In charge of developing strategies to guarantee the correct management of the shopping experience in stores through the commercial teams.
- Responsible for implementing the Sales Management Model, approving and standardizing actions and processes aimed at improving service with our dealers, as well as our customers.
- Coordinate the correct training and enablement of the commercial teams, capitalizing on the improvements of the management platforms based on SalesForce and PowerBi.
- Management model design (construction and negotiation with different key business partners from different commercia areas)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are desirable
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (excel and ppt at intermediate level)
- +2 years’ experience in the commercial area
- Excellent and strong skills such as influence cross-functional teams, excellent communication, partnership, leadership, organization, negotiation, and results-oriented
