Dental Assistant

We are looking for Dental professionals that are looking to move away from being chairside. This opportunity will give you the chance to stay in the dental field, helping individuals with their dental needs. If you've been in a clinical chairside environment, and are ready for a change this opportunity may be for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with both inbound and outbound customer contacts in a fun and team-oriented environment
- Provide a positive and supportive experience for every customer you speak with when answering questions about their treatment
- Focused on first-contact resolution in all customer interactions
- After your 90 days, team members who hit or exceed the metric goals will be eligible to assist on projects as needed
- Ensure every call makes the customer Smile

**Qualifications**
- RDA (Dental Assistant) or RDH (Hygienists) license
- 1-2 years of clinical chair-side experience required (excluding externship)
- Must have a professional level of English language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Progressive, business-minded professional who wants a non-clinical position in the dental industry

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermosillo, Son.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Dental Hygeniest (preferred)
- Dental Assistant (preferred)
