**Función Básica**:
Ingeniero en Desarrollo

Ejecutar el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías de productos para asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes, creando una percepción de alto valor tecnológica en el mercado y contribuyendo de esta forma al crecimiento del negocio.

Esta posición esta ubicada en San Luis Potosí, México.

**Roles & Responsabilidades**:

- Trabajar estrechamente con áreas internas (como son: Equipo comercial, Desarrollo de nuevo negocio, Soporte técnico de aplicación-desarrollo “ADTS’, Especialista de suministro “Sourcing specialist”, Punto Focal de la planta “PFP”, Manufactura, Planeación, Seguridad del producto “Product Safety” para ejecutar el desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Identificar las necesidades a cubrir en una solicitud de producto, para definir los materiales, y/o tecnologías necesarias que deban ser consideradas en el desarrollo del nuevo producto.
- Llevar a cabo el proceso de desarrollo de nuevos productos en sus diferentes etapas de validación y escalamiento siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y generando toda la información de soporte (especificaciones de calidad, protocolos de prueba, solicitudes de cambios de ingeniería, etc.) en los diferentes sistema de administración de proyectos.
- Administrar y actualizar en el sistema las especificaciones de productos “nuevos y activos” para garantizar su comunicación a las diferentes áreas y sitios de manufactura que lo requieran.
- Coordinar el involucramiento de áreas respectivas para el desarrollo de nuevos productos
- Actualizar el estado de los desarrollos, en las distintas plataformas de gestión de proyectos.
- Validación de nuevas materias primas
- Actualización de documentación de soporte/control del proceso de desarrollo de producto (Procedimiento, Analisis de riesgos, Instrucciones de trabajos, formatos, etc.) en sistema de gestión de la calidad “SGC”.
- Apoyar en las quejas de calidad relacionadas a los problemas de desempeño de los productos del área de PM para dar soluciones apropiadas que garanticen la continuidad del negocio.
- Apoyar en la definición de uso y destino de PT y MP de lento movimiento del área de PM para evitar la generación de obsoletos.
- Atender las necesidades de documentación técnica como cartas de flamabilidad, Reporte de resultados de pruebas físico mecánicas térmicas de nuestros materiales, PPAP para satisfacer los requerimientos de índole técnico de nuestros clientes.
- Brindar seminarios técnicos y participar en otros eventos promocionales con el objetivo de apoyar la oferta de nuestros productos y servicios al mercado.
- Anteponer la seguridad personal en cualquier actividad requerida en el puesto.
- Otras funciones y responsabilidades que le sean asignadas con el fin de lograr la meta de crecimiento, rentabilidad del negocio y desarrollo profesional.

**Principales requerimientos**:
**Educación**
- Ingeniería en Química, Industrial o a fin

**Experiência Laboral**
- 3 años o más en Desarrollo de Nuevos Productos (Compuestos Plásticos), y técnicas de caracterización de los mismos.
- 1 año o más en procesos de extrusión de plásticos.

**Conocimientos deseables**:

- Conocimiento avanzado de plásticos, Conocimiento avanzado de procesos y aplicaciones de plásticos, Diseño de experimentos, Conocimientos avanzados de técnicas analíticas de laboratorio principalmente para la caracterización de plásticos, Administración de proyectos simultáneos, Conocimiento en SAP, Modulo PLM.

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado.
