**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating a diverse team of risk professional mainly focused on change management activities and innovation projects that will drive the company success and robustness in a dynamic change environment.
- Responsible for leading the New Products program for LAC Region
- Lead the Third-Party management team in the LAC region (Consumer and Commercial products) and some products issued in the US.
- Define the strategy for the change management process in the region and prepare the legal entities to deliver on future risks (Climate, InfoSec, etc)
- Define the Risk assessment methodology for the region in alignment with the central teams.
- Manage the Risk Committee governance for the LAC legal entities.
- Work with support areas (Business, Compliance, Legal, etc) to deliver over the Operational risk program.
- Carry out risk mitigation workshops with the marketing team to ensure proper fulfillment and controls over marketing activities and new product or capabilities in the pipeline.
- Be a liaison between local business and central team for the program delivery and implementation.
- Coordinate the generation of the required reports and metrics for senior management.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or similar
- Prior experience in risk management (ideally in Operational Risk in a banking institution) or business management
- Experience in process design and risk assessment
- Autonomy to take decisions and the ability to seek support when in doubt
- Capacity to define a vision for their team and drive the team members to it
- Good communication skills both in Spanish and English
- The ability to successfully influence people outside of his/her area, including higher ranking individuals
- The ability to build long lasting relationships with other areas thru trust and consistency.
