**Resumen del trabajo**:
Responsable de la integridad de especificaciones de producto y documentación actualizada, así como soporte a las líneas de producción para facilitar el ensamble del producto.

**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:

- Creación de nuevos números de parte para el manejo de ECOs y nuevos productos que no pasen por el área de NPI en sistema sharepoint.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de los cambios de ingeniería en piso de producción.
- Reducción de CoQP
- Dar retroalimentación al departamento de R&D y Mercadotecnia en la manufacturabilidad de productos existentes (MP).
- Auditar el uso correcto del firmware de los productos existentes.
- Reducción de Quejas de Cliente
- Administración y control de productos maestros mecánicos (mechanical Golden sample) de los productos existentes.
- Realización de ayudas visuales de los cambios de ingeniería, waivers de productos (MP) relacionados a Ingeniería de Producto.
- Generar los waivers relacionados a ingeniería de producto en sistema (sharepoint) (Validaciones de ECOs, etc.)
- Administración del área de Análisis de Fallas y reparación.
- Buscar y sugerir mejoras en el producto para facilitar el ensamble e incrementar la productividad.
- Responsable del seguimiento del desempeño del producto entre corridas Production Pilot y etapa inicial de Mass Production.
- Realizar análisis para el aseguramiento de los consumos de los materiales estén de acuerdo con el estándar.
- Responsable de realizar escalaciones con la Gerencia en caso de que el desempeño del producto no sea satisfactorio.

**Experiência preferida (es decir, sector de experiência)**:

- Ingeniería en Electrónica e Instrumentación, Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica o afín.
- Ingles 80% Conversacional
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en la industria de manufactura
- Conocimientos intermedio de Oracle (Windshield), Sólidas bases en procesos de tarjetas electrónicas (SMT, Wave Solder y Back End). Gerber files para PCB y especificaciones de componentes y productos, Proyectos de Mejora Continua, Administración de cambios de ingeniería y desviaciones, Técnicas de Solución de Problemas, FMEA, Test Spec, Product Spec
