La última ronda de equity fue de USD111 millones, record en Chile y una de las más grandes en América Latina para una FinTech.

Estamos en búsqueda de un** Recruiting Analyst** para sumarse a nuestro equipo de People con foco en reclutamiento de posiciones de nuestra área comercial (Revenue).

En este rol serás responsable de liderar los procesos de atracción de talento de nuestra cartera “Non-Tech” y gestionar proyectos e iniciativas de recruiting para potenciar nuestras estrategias de sourcing y marca empleadora. Buscamos a una persona apasionada por atraer y seleccionar talento, y con muchas granas de trabajar en equipo\uD83E\uDD1D

**Vas a tener la oportunidad de**:

- Crear e implementar diferentes e innovadoras estrategias de sourcing para así atraer y seleccionar al mejor talento comercial (Sales Developers, Account Executives y Customer Success Executives).
- Trabajar en colaboración con los equipos internos de Total Rewards y diferentes hiring teams para comprender los requisitos de contratación y elaborar estrategias efectivas de reclutamiento.
- Colaborar y gestionar proyectos transversales con el objetivo de potenciar nuestras estrategias de sourcing y fortalecer nuestra marca empleadora.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las tendencias y mejores prácticas en reclutamiento y marca empleadora.
- Utilizar Lever, nuestro ATS para gestionar nuestras bases de datos, generar reportes y dar seguimiento a nuestras métricas.

**¿Qué te hará tener éxito?**:

- +1 años de experiência reclutando perfiles similares, preferiblemente en empresas de tecnología o startups.
- Conocimiento profundo de las técnicas y herramientas de reclutamiento, incluyendo el uso de plataformas como Linkedin Recruiter, job boards universitarios y redes sociales.
- Ser un business partner de tus clientes internos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva tanto de forma independiente como en equipo y con diferentes tareas a la vez.
- Orientado/a a los resultados y con habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
- Alta capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Familiaridad con la gestión de proyectos de marca empleadora.
- Experiência en Assessment Centers
- Experiência de uso de algún ATS, de preferencia Lever.
