**PAYROLL ANALYST**

**AS AN PAYROLL ANALYST, YOU WILL**:

- Processes and reviews payroll calculations including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, severance, and other deductions.
- Processes and requests electronic food coupons.
- Guarantees accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes on pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Provides records and documentation to external auditors.
- Provides support on employees inquires.
- Maintains an attendance report.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:

- Public Accountant or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
- Advanced excel (pivots, vlookup’s, grouping, subtotals, etc.)
- Knowledge of most recent fiscal requirements such as _cfdi _& _complementos de pago _
- Action oriented
- Able to work under stress

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:

- English ability preferred.
- Skilled in Oracle a plus.
- ADP payroll system knowledge a plus
