The CPFR Coordinator will lead the BIC’s CPFR Team in terms of effective communication, visibility, reports standardization (dashboards) and processes.
This person will be responsible for providing analysis for Customer team management to support the business planning and execution process through accurate forecasting. Should have a complete understanding of all the customer’s extensive systems and data of replenishment, sales, inventories, etc, to best drive the company’s internal forecast accuracy by uncovering, developing, communicating, and implementing effective process changes to drive top in class execution and service. The CPFR Coordinator will utilize a variety of information sources including customer specific data, marketplace data, and input from Key Account Manager's (KAM) and replenishers to analyze business situations. This analysis will be the basis for fact-based business recommendations and commercial area collaboration. The CPFR coordinator will align the client's and BIC’s objective and translate them into robust strategies.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead the BIC’s CPFR Team in terms of effective communication, visibility, reports standardization (dashboards) and processes.**:

- **Lead Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Transportation, and the customer to develop and improve POS forecasts to ensure excellent Supplier Performance Scorecard metrics (case fill rate, ontime delivery, etc.)**:

- **Review Key Performance Indicator trends & develop plans for improvement.**:

- **Expert in supply chain, Replanishment Sistems to support the BIC business within client CPFR program.**:

- **Act as the onsite expert in the BIC and clients and share that expertise to develop innovative solutions to causal drivers that impact forecast accuracy and retail instock.**:

- **Align the client's and BIC’s objective and translate them into robust strategies.**:

- **Make KPI’s available through Dashboards (SO,SI,ST fill rate, forecast accuracy and WAPE, in stock, DOH, dispersion between others).**:
**Projects You’ll Work On**:

- Back to School Planning
- Monitoring of Forecast Accuracy, Sell In, Forecast Accuracy and Fill Rate
- Updating with Merchandising of Team Core Base
- Monitoring of launches and iniciatives

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience across different aspects of the supply chain with previous roles in CPFR (at least, 4 years of experiencie) with clients such as Walmart, Sams, Chedraui, City fresko, Control, HEB, Soriana, etc.
- 1-2 years at least of experience leading a team.
- Proficiency with Excel
- Knowledge Replenishment Sistems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, etc.
- Intermediate level of English
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience across different aspects of the supply chain with previous roles in Demand Planning/forecasting or Sales.
- Power BI
