**We are looking for a Highly Motivated Management Information Systems Specialist**

The MIS Specialist needs to provide reporting and data which helps making the right decisions according to the data which is provided.

**Resposabilities**:

- Working with IT staff to ensure that data is backed up regularly and stored securely in case of computer crashes or natural disasters
- Ensuring that company policies are followed and operational procedures are in place to avoid security breaches or other problems
- Reviewing current processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency or prevent future problems
- Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that could indicate problems within the organization
- Providing training to employees on new technologies or processes to increase productivity or efficiency
- Developing plans for the use of technology to support business operations, such as accounting systems or human resource softwar
- Segment reports
- New business pipeline reports
- ZIP code analysis and route planning
- Portfolio analysis
- Leader boards
- Executive and management reports
- Data gathering using our different databases and consolidate them into different reports and dashboards.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in statistics, data science, finance, accounting, business, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a Similar role with cross functional experience.
- Willingness to learn, listen and teach
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of specific software related to Pricing.
