Role Summary

**Responsabilities**:

- Supervise the fabrication of parts for our prefab homes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of team members.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor the use of materials to reduce waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Oversee employee training and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication and production, preferably in the construction or automotive industries.
- Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience with various materials, including metals and wood.
- Demonstrated proficiency in welding and machining.
- Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in a production environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
