B2B Appointment Setter

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for Business Development Representatives
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate and confidential sales proposals, contracts, and approvals
- Communicate weekly with management on sales pipeline status
- Conduct data entry and file maintenance as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment

Work Experience Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Proven track record of success in a lead generation or appointment setting role
