**Job Title**:Virtual Assistant

**Location**:Hybrid (Remote and on-site a few days a week) in Hermosillo, Sonora, México.

**Position Type**:Full-time (9 am to 5 pm)

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Set reminders for tasks, deadlines, and important events.
- Filter, prioritize, and organize incoming information for quick access.
- Facilitate introductions and maintain professional correspondence.
- Coordinate with other team members as needed for seamless collaboration

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English level (C2 minimum).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and productivity tools (e.g., Google Calendar, task management apps).
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
