Purchasing Assistant

**Responsabilities**:
1. Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
3. Entry of internal purchase requests.
4. Call vendors to clear pricing discrepancies.
5. Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
6. Accountable of the Tool Crib area (MRO Kanban)
7. Maintain Min-Max levels (suggest modifications if necessary to secure enough inventory for plant to operate)
8. Follow process to provide materials to different areas.
9. Responsible on inventory accuracy
10. Performs other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma
- Experience: 1 year
- Computer skills (Windows office)
- Organized
- English min 70%
- Customer service skills
- Highly oriented in priorities
