**Como Wellsite Supervisor Engineer serás responsable de**:
- Planificar y ejecutar la implementación de recursos de campo para cumplir con las métricas de clientes y negocios.
- Interfaz con los gerentes de servicio al cliente sobre la escalada de problemas Desarrollar pronósticos a largo plazo para las necesidades de recursos de la región.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de recursos a corto y largo plazo basados en pronósticos de recursos y compromisos comerciales de la región, incluidos el reclutamiento, las revisiones de habilidades y el desarrollo de recursos a través de capacitación de nível avanzado.
- Se comunica a través de la organización directa.
- Presenta a los líderes senior (EB y SEB) en un espacio técnico específico y en equipos multifuncionales sobre cómo las tecnologías se interconectan y contribuyen a la estrategia general.
- Maneja la latitud en las técnicas de proyecto. El proceso del proyecto requiere elegir los enfoques correctos.

**Para tener éxito en este rol, usted**:
- Poseer Título de grado universitario
- Demostrar experiência min de 5 años como Supervisor de Wellsite en proyectos de construcción, perforación, reparación de pozos HP / HT.
- Nível de inglés intermedio, deseable.
- Experiência en Gestión de Recursos.
- Tener conocimiento y experiência en: -Drill string design and down hole dynamics -Directional Drilling -Bits / Dull Grading, Hydraulics, incluyendo nozzle selection -Gestión de Drilling fluid
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo.
- Capacidad para influir en los demás y liderar equipos pequeños.
- Liderar iniciativas de alcance e impacto moderados.
- Capacidad para coordinar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
- Habilidades efectivas de identificación y solución de problemas.
- Capacidad analítica y organizativa demostrada.
- Dominio de paquete de herramientas Office.
