Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Make sure the order went to a Vendor or Us. Clear out the order queue
- Follow order through to the delivery expectation date so it goes out in time
- If customer wants to cancel or something else give to CSR Team so they can work it out and save the order.
- Has tracking number been sent?
- Fixing orders on NetSuite - 2-3 hrs (daily)
- Shipment backlog reporting - 1hr (2x week)
- Tickets - 40 - 1hr + (daily) This should go down
- Shipment lists - 30-1hr (daily) PO shipments - 1 hr (whenever I get them usually 1-3x week)
- Drop ship order creation and management - 20 mins (every other day)
- Receiving stock / invoices - 20 minutes
- Respond to customer messages that come in on any of the platforms listed above - Ecomm platforms
- Pull list from the Tacna Portal of Returns & go thru & receive any new ones ( 20 - 30 mins depending on Volume of returns and information that is listed )
- Go thru walmart/amazon & other Ecomm returns and update accordingly as they are received

Experiência y requisitos
- At least 3 years in Customer Service in a manufacturing company
- CRM experience (plus Netsuite)
- Advanced English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions
- Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
- Time-management skills to respond to customers promptly
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with coworkers in other departments
