**Customer Service - E - Commerce**
**Funciones del puesto**:
- Atención a clientes de forma remota, telefónica y en caso de que sea necesario presencial
- Atención de redes sociales y medios de comunicación de la marca
- Preparación de guías y envío de pedidos a clientes
- Responsable de reposición de materiales
- Seguimiento de órdenes de compra y atención a la postventa
- Mantener actualizado el inventario y resurtido de producto en oficina
- Responsable del programa de lealtad de la marca
- Actualización de contenido en diferentes plataformas para asegurar el continuo acercamiento con el cliente
- Subir contenido de forma semana a la app de la marca
- Actualización de contenido en la app de la marca
**Requerimientos**
- Pasante o trunco de carreras en áreas de ciencias sociales.
- Experiência de 2 años en puesto similar.
- Experiência en E-Commerce
- Conocimiento y manejo de Shopify
- Elaboración de guías de paquetería
**Ofrecemos**:
