**What this job involves**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Valuation and Feasibility Studies Specialist to join our team:
**Location**: Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico.

**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Work model**: Hybrid.

**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.

What is your day to day?
Conduct thorough research and analysis on specific properties and real estate markets to gather relevant data for valuation purposes.
Evaluate and analyze reports on properties for sale or rent to determine the appropriate property value.
Utilize mathematical methods and models to calculate the current value of properties based on factors such as location, size, construction quality, and
market conditions.
Collaborate closely with appraisers and other professionals to gather and analyze data for valuation purposes.
Prepare comprehensive and accurate valuation reports that include property details, valuation methods used, and other relevant information.
Stay up to date with market trends and changes in the real estate industry that may impact property values.
Provide advice and consultancy to clients regarding real estate investments, financing options, and asset management strategies.
Develop and expand the investment business by implementing effective marketing strategies.

**Required**:
Civil Engineer, Architect, Industrial Engineer, Economist, Business Administration.

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years in a similar position in investment sales and/or conducting valuation analysis, market studies, and project evaluation.
Knowledge of real estate.
Advanced level of English.
Marketing/Commercial skills.
Residing in Monterrey or Mexico City nearby areas.
