Talent Search Specialist at BairesDev

What You Will Do:

- Discover new talent profiles that fit our client demands.
- Actively collaborate with different managers to align priorities.

Here's what we are looking for:

- Proactive and analytic mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication skills.
- An achievement-oriented.
- Advanced English level.

Desirable:

- 2+ years of experience in Data Entry or Talent Recruitment.
- Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.
