RESPONSABILITIES:
1. In charge of warehouse hiring, including post JobDescriptions, collect CV, arrange interview and determine the offer issue.
2. Support recruiter's job in CV searching of different areas.
3. Conduct attendance management inside warehouse, ensure to provide correct attendance records for all the front-line employees.
4. Employ relation management.
5. Conduct new employee orientation training inside warehouse.
6. Conduct onboard/offboard inside warehouse.
REQUIEREMENTS
1. Bachelor Degree;
2. Warehouse labor management, outsourcing labor vendor management experience & ability to bargain required.
3. Min. 1 years HR related experience (warehouse setting is highly preferred); language ability in ENGLISH REQUIERED
4. Interpersonal communication/negotiation skills, collaborative skills, and vendor management skills required.
