Overview:
Integrate Catman to translate Insights into Actions, to uncover new Business Opportunities. Strengthen the relationship with internal and external clients; playing as a business partner to influence the decisions and strategies that ensure categorie´s growth through shopper trends, innovation, prices, accommodation and promotions according to each store cluster and shopper/consumer behavior.

**Responsibilities**:

- Definition of roles, responsabilities, processes and priotiries within CATMAN teams.
- Ensure communication and integration of primary activities of both teams, to generate high-value strategies that impact PMF sales growth
- Develop and identify talent that fills the correct positions. Maintain training and updating in the use of methodologies and tools, aligning with Latam training strategies.
- Implementation of plans that contribute to the continuous improvement of the organizational climate and integration of Catman.
- Design & ensure annual work plan for CATMAN (AOP per channel). Definition of Service Level Customer Priority Matrix through a deep analysis of market dynamics.
- Ensure the correct use of our clients' sales information, enforcing confidentiality contracts.
- Implement management processes that ensure the correct use of Budget A&M, T&E, S&D
- Ensure the service levels of the Insights Latam and Planpgramacion teams (SLAs and OLAs), as well as the prioritization of activities within PMF and across countries. Through correct visibility and communication of projects.
- Lead CATMAN forums on share growth to generate action plans and follow-up (MONTHLY CATMAN Forums with Kams / CATMAN Bimonthly CTs / Regional Forums / Quarterly with Channels / BU's)
- Attend quarterly Catman sessions with clients (measure and reinforce service levels / improve advantage rating / holistic multichannel vision towards clients for visibility of business opportunities)
- Ensure the CAT Tool process, for the design of Shopper Engagement projects (gondola and perimeter)
- Lead presentations of Catman initiatives with Commercial Development areas, VPs sales
- Provide value added and integrate sources of information to track performance and SOM
- T2T presentations with clients
- Lead agenda with CS WCCE (Discovery sessions, Big Bets, JBP)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s (Marketing, or Industrial Engineer, International Business, Business Administration). Desirable Master Degree
- At least 3 years in Category Management and/or Shopper Insights functions.
- 2-3 years experience in FMCG industry
- At least 2 years in the use of Nielsen and Market tools (Euromonitor)
- Proven results leading teams, delivering Strategic Plans and high standars for executing recommendations, action plans and service to customers (Advantage as a metric)
- Communication skills. Ability to develop internal networks.
- Fluent English (Oral and Written)
