**Job Overview**:
A _Coordination Specialist _reports directly to the site Coordination Specialist Supervisor and is responsible for the detailed work planning and all associated activities either at a Work Area or Discipline level, for both self-perform and subcontracted works at the project site, as necessary to ensure the successful execution of the project.

The detailed work planning, tracking, and reporting is integral to the operational and commercial success of the construction phase of the project.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the requirements related of the project accredit to the authorities’ invoices and / or import requests for all materials, equipment, and tools.
- Develop, produce, and issue the three (3) week look-ahead (3WLA) schedules on a weekly basis to facilitate front line execution.
- Produce the report weekly work plan, as well as subsequent status reports at the end of each reporting week.
- Monitor site to ensure compliance with the service requested.
- Monitor and facilitate subcontractor compliance with the Subcontractor Execution Plans and detailed Weekly Work Plans.
- Interface with project management, and other areas to facilitate updates.
- Recording and communicating Lessons Learned captured on IWPs.
- Should be capable of performing assigned work with little oversight and instructions; complete assigned work on time in a satisfactory manner; job involves assignment for extended duration, outside field environment, frequent walking & climbing, traveling. Not responsible for directing craft labor.
- Support in the coordination of the employees logistic to accommodation, transportation.

**Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Approximately three to five (1-3) years of experience in construction with an emphasis on the Construction Planning.
- Preferably a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Moderate knowledge of MDR construction planning procedures, progress systems, material management systems, document management and the timekeeping systems.

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- Advanced MS office skills, specifically with Excel.
- Experience with WorkFace Planning
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Respected for uncompromising integrity, work ethic, and professionalism.
- Energetic with a positive and enthusiastic disposition, possessing a can-do attitude.
