Daily Business Banking Tribe is looking for a Customer Journey Expert within Digital Product Squad to assume the Product Owner role and lead the team deliver high performance regarding Daily Business Banking products which includes term deposits, savings accounts, FX classes & omnichannel processes related.

The Product Owner has end-to-end responsibility for the development, management, harmonisation and phasing out of products, services and processes and is familiar with the relationship between these. Furthermore, the Product Owner decides what is being worked on within a squad (in consultation with a Tribe Lead/Chapter Lead), is responsible for meeting the squad’s KPI’s (together with the squad) and decides what the key priorities are.

Your day-to-day role
- Developing the product vision and defining what to do to get there.
- Development & execution of the product roadmap.
- Managing the backlog; active contribution to all events of the sprint by asking, answering & challenging.
- Clearly express the product backlog to the squad and maximize the work of Development team.
- Be a product expert & set new standards.
- Understanding the customers & stakeholders needs and actively propose actions to improve efficiency & experience.
- Analyze & understand trends & market evolution.
- Actively initiate/propose changes - new products/features, new processes, new technologies in line with observed opportunities & market trends.
- Ensuring that business and IT understand and complement each other’s expertise.
- Have an E2E vision regarding product lifecycle for term deposits, savings account & FX classes
- Familiar with optimizing processes with a sharp eye for how to digitize them for an optimal customer experience whilst meeting Risk, Regulatory and overall ING targets.
- You get energy from working on concrete and tangible results in a complex and continuously changing environment.
- Communicative and organisational strong, you actively ask for feedback, but you also give constructive feedback on the work of others.

What you bring to the team
- Proven track record at working with clients and designing customer journeys.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the banking sector - relevant experience in product development, process improvement and sales strategy;
