**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with clients and/or suppliers in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
- Managing and controlling files in an organized and secure manner.
- Performing various bank and customer service errands accurately and punctually.

**Specific Knowledge / Skills**

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Administration
- Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, with evident ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks.
- Effective and respectful communication.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Punctuality.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
