Operations Merchant Coordinator

**About the Role**

Uber Eats is looking for an Operations Manager/Coordinator in Mexico, our mission in the Merchant Operations team is to make Uber Eats the preferred delivery platform for eaters by ensuring flawless merchant's operation.

You will be crafting tools and scalable processes to support local teams to achieve magnificent experience targets. You will need to have daily interactions with Territory Leads and Account Managers to make things happen and develop a deep understanding of key brands to get actionable insights and mid term strategies to make every delivery magical.

**What you'll do**
- Work closely with commercial teams to understand key ops merchant opportunities to reduce defects.
- Build scalable processes that allow us to educate merchants and guarantee operational excellence.
- Assess trade offs between different strategies to build long term eater loyalty and merchant preference
