**What you’ll do**:
**Job summary**

Realizar y apoyar el proceso de cierre mensual, preparar las Conciliaciones de Balance (Banco, Intercompañía, Ingresos, Nómina, Cuentas por Cobrar, Cuentas por pagar, etc), Facturación de servicios prestados, Aplicación de efectivo, Registro y conciliación de transacciones bancarias, creación de cuentas por pagar para algunos servicios, asientos de nómina relacionados, etc.

**Job responsibilities**

1. General accounting procedures and completion of the monthly closing process of the assigned Sites
2. Responsible for billing all intercompanies for services provided by the site.
4. Guarantee the correct preparation of reconciliations according to the Checklist, complying with the activity in a timely manner, as well as the monitoring and resolution of old items.
5. Prepare the payroll monthly.
6. Record and analyze coverage monthly.
7. Ensure correct tax registration.
8. Generate monthly payment supplements for all invoices collected to comply with tax requirements.
9. Recorder of bank movements (ICA and ZBA).
10. Record monthly insurance and state tax amortizations.
11. Monthly pension plan recorder.
12. Record intercompany transactions, revenue/billing records, and validate accounts receivable and accounts payable (tracking old items).
13. Prepare and present the RSD's at the end of the month and annually.
14. Standardize processes and participate in continuous improvement tools.
15. T&E monitoring, approval and registration.
16. Maintain an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve the objectives of the department and the GFSS. Support site, functional or corporate initiatives.
17. Support with requirements and plant support
17. Collaborate with the Internal Control Audit, Statutory Audits and the requirements of the Tax area for the sites.
18. Other activities assigned by the supervisor or special requirements of management or the company.
19. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with all Eaton safety standards, lifesaving rules and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Contabilidad General o carrera a fin.

**Years and area of experience required**
- 2-3 años de experiência en finanzas/contabilidad y/o auditoría dentro de una Firma de Auditoría como Auditor Senior o en una empresa multinacional.

**Technical knowledge**
- Es esencial el conocimiento de los requisitos de presentación de informes reglamentarios en México; sólida comprensión de la normativa fiscal- Conocimiento de los requisitos de información de US GAAP / MEX GAAP
- Conocimientos básicos de las plataformas de banca electrónica & ERP´s como ASPEL, ORACLE y/o SAP
- Ingles intermedio avanzado o avanzado

**Soft skills**
- Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Capacidad para operar y cumplir de forma independiente sin supervisión diaria
