**Job functions Include but are not limited to**:
The NCF discounting agent works as a contract processor, providing services to Nissan Canada Finance while reviewing lease and loan contracts to get them funded as soon as possible. This includes being trained in all aspects of the funding process and being able to work as a high quality control/compliance expert that handles the volume provided on a day to day basis with a high sense of commitment. The agent is expected to work locally with two senior leads and 9 teammates and ensure that a positive workplace relationship is maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in training and updates to be in line with the funding process.Fun

d lease/loan deals for Nissan, Infiniti, and Mitsubishi.
- Keep productivity and high quality along with the team´s KPI´s.
- Work with the seniors and teammates.
- Be open to flexible scheduling, including Saturdays.

**Requirements**:

- Full bachelor´s degree
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Experience in related areas for at least 6 months
- Ability to adapt to high volumes.
- Communication skills.
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt and be a creative problem-solver
- Detail oriented
- Incumbents must demonstrate a good understanding of accounting/financial processing principles; have general knowledge of automotive financing operations and good problem-solving skills to handle complex account issues.
- Must be organized, have good time-management skills and be able to multi-task.

**Schedule**:
We have 2 schedules and would be assigned based on monthly productivity and availability; Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m and Monday through Saturday 7:00 a.m -3:30 p.m and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Saving daylight based on Canada schedule, may change on November - March)
