**Objetivo de la posición**
- Capacitar al personal de las áreas de operaciones y servicios con base en información técnica definida en las Instrucciones de Trabajo para garantizar la calidad del Producto.

**Actividades principales**
- Llevar a cabo el proceso de entrenamiento en el área correspondiente de acuerdo a lo especificado en las instrucciones de trabajo, Ayudas visuales y cartas de proceso, etc.
- Entrenar al personal de Nuevo Ingreso en el proceso asignado de forma Teórica-Práctica y Práctica.
- Confirmar el entrenamiento mediante la firma del plan inicial de entrenamiento.
- Certificar al personal en Características especiales Significativas.
- Recibir certificación y entrenamiento por parte de las Áreas Especializadas o responsables del diseño de los procesos.
- Identificar las áreas de Oportunidad (Por ejemplo: Entrenamientos Ineficaces) y proponer ideas de mejora.
- Reentrenar al personal de acuerdo a las necesidades de entrenamiento
- Revisar el material de apoyo para los entrenamientos y retroalimentar al Coordinador para hacer cambios en caso de requerirse.
- Preparar todos los recursos didácticos que se requieran para llevar a cabo los entrenamientos.
- Preparar con anticipación todos los materiales que se requieran para llevar a cabo los entrenamientos.
- Organizar, Realizar y documentar capaciones Teóricas y Prácticas (Listas de participantes, aplicación de evaluaciones, ejercicios)

**Experiência necesaria**
- Certificado / Titulo de Preparatoria - Bachillerato
