**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Logistics Expeditor is a key member of the Service Procurement Team In this role, you will ensure material will arrive on time to the correct Customer site, Warehouse, or Freight Forwarder. You will coordinate with Transportation Specialists, Procurement team and Internal Stakeholders. You will be supporting the Generation Services North America Region and Latin America Region to ensure customer care in the supply of materials based on customer requirements, demands and special projects.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Interpret and Manage Open Order Status report on external supply base with a defined set of suppliers.
- Maintain current ship dates in the system.
- Use of JIRA ticketing software to fulfill internal stakeholders demands.
- Communicate frequently with external supply base on multiple escalations
- Familiarity with Logistic tools and Freight Forwarders (EX: FedEx, UPS, Track-n-Trace, etc.).
- Travel required solely for training purposes to United States.

**What You Bring**
- Associate degree in related field or 2+ years in logistics, procurement, or order management. Those with more experience may be considered for higher level.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is required, both written and verbal skills.
- SAP knowledge is needed but we can train if no experience.
- Microsoft skills are required (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PPT).
- Demonstrate understanding of Procurement processes.
- Remain open-minded, use initiative to make processes more efficient, and has an entrepreneurial attitude. Ability to work independently as well as with an organized and disciplined approach.
- Excellent social leadership skills, active listening, collaboration, effective communication, persuasion & service orientation.
- In the first 3 months of employment, travel to the US is required for training purposes. (2 weeks per month is preferred).
- Digital skills preferred: resolve computer problems with new technologies and offer solutions to make the procurement role more automated using robots/automation.
- Ability to update Purchase Order based on alternate dates received.
