**Job Summary**:
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with expertise in local tax compliance, payroll, and bookkeeping, capable of supporting Mexico and U.S. corporate accounting and finance operations. Must possess strong English communication skills and understand U.S. GAAP

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage local tax calculations, payroll taxes, and IMSS obligations.
- Conduct financial, fiscal, and social security audits locally.
- Calculate severance payments and manage bookkeeping duties.
- Develop advanced Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
- Oversee and approve payment requests to suppliers.
- Process Mexican payroll
- Manage QuickBooks entries.
- Handle intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Perform cost analysis and cash flow projections.

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- ** Proficiency in English and Spanish.**:

- Deep knowledge of local (Mexico) tax regulations, payroll, IMSS, and accounting practices.
- Experience with financial audits and lay-off calculations.
- Proficient in QuickBooks,
- Advanced Excel (Dynamic tables, macros)
- Financial analysis.
- Ability to produce accurate financial reports and conduct cash flow projections.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience coordinating multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with international tax solutions and financial consolidations.
- Knowledge of IFRS, NIF, USGAAP, and transfer pricing.
- Experience in implementing global processes and reporting enhancements.

**A Plus**:

- Involvement in M&A, Due Diligence.
- Understanding of US Taxation, Gilti, Subpart F.
