**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal and administrative support on all litigation matters and to the team generally
- Answer small legal claims that may have been escalated to Legal, on the basis of templates or with the supervision of the dedicated in house lawyer
- Answer data requests from third parties
- Assist with reporting and monitoring of litigations to internal stakeholders
- Assist the team with onboarding external counsels (drafting letters of engagements, recording them, etc)
- Extract data from our systems for fact finding in cases
- Assist in discovery and data production

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Law Bachelor's degree or an equivalent legal qualification required
- Strong attention to detail, a need for rigor and reliability
- Proactive and a self-starter. Must be able to handle stress, demonstrate a high tolerance for dynamism, and move with agility in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
- Hands-on and capable of independently managing projects as necessary
- Fluency in English is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders
