**DESCRIPCION GENERAL**:
Realiza el mantenimiento y reparación del edificio de manera segura, eficiente y evitando el consumo excesivo de partes, para reducir los costos de operación. Mantiene una actitud de servicio, positiva y de respeto para sus compañeros, siempre dispuesto a innovar generando ideas y mejoras, también deberá tener disposición para aprender nuevos conocimientos.

**PRINCIPALES DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Reparación de fallas en los equipos, eliminando las causas raíz.
- Soporte a las aéreas de producción, ingeniería, materiales y demás requisitores.
- Realizar mantenimientos preventivos a las maquinas y equipos programados por planeación de mantenimiento.
- Seguimiento a las actividades de TPM (mantenimiento productivo total).
- Participa en actividades relacionadas con la seguridad.
- Cualquier otra tarea o responsabilidad asignada por el supervisor.
- Aplicar 5 S’s a sus áreas de trabajo.
- Participa en actividades relacionadas con la seguridad.

**CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y ESTUDIOS REQUERIDOS**:

- Carrera técnica terminada: Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Electricidad, Electrónica, Mecánica.
- Conocimientos de candadeo y etiquetado (bloqueo de energía)
- Diagnostico de fallas
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en área afín (deseable).
- Computación básica
- Ingles técnico básico

**CONOCIMIENTOS ADICIONALES**:

- Instalaciones eléctricas (120v a 480v) y neumáticas, alumbrado trabajos en altura.
- Interpretación de diagramas y planos técnicos.
- Conocimiento sobre operación y mantenimiento de climas: Refrigeración, aire lavado y calefacción.
- Mantenimiento de motores eléctricos.
- Conexiones eléctricas, neumáticas y de ventilación para maquinaria de edificio y producción.
- Mantenimiento de edificio: Pintura, soldadura, reparación de techos y pisos.
- Mantenimiento a equipo de rampas, cortinas enrollable, rampas o níveladoras.
- Mantenimiento a subestaciones eléctricas (Deseable).
- Mantenimiento a compresores de aire y redes de distribución de aire comprimido.
- Mantenimiento a equipo de cocina industrial (Deseable).
- Sistemas contra incendio, alarmas, bombas y rociadores automáticos.
