**MATERIALS MANAGER**

**JOB PROFILE**:
The Materials Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation and development of internal plans and programs that support the growth of staff, providers, internal and external customers and the company itself based on its mission, vision and values.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Bachelor's degree, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5S and continuous improvement strategy
- 8D
- Satisfaction surveys
- Training Administration
- Statistical analysis
- Advanced Excel
- English
- Interpretation of the iso9001 and iso14001 standards
- Lean Manufacturing
- SAP
- Six Sigma - minimum gray belt
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Focus on meeting objectives
- Extensive organizational skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Materials Manager is responsible for:

- The development and implementation of processes, programs and standards that facilitate of the operations of the area.
- The supply of raw materials for manufacturing the product and for the supply of materials for administrative functions.
- Reuniting and transporting the finished product, planning and programing customer requirements, importations, exportations, and inventory.
- Commit, direct and support people, to contribute to the effectiveness of the comprehensive management system
- Ensure that the necessary resources for the integral management system are available
- Support other relevant management roles, to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility

**WHAT WE OFFER**:
**Salary**: $64,000.00 per month
