La persona en la posición realizará la cobranza oportuna de los clientes asignados, asegurándose que los pagos sean aplicados correctamente, EN TIEMPO Y FORMA, así como la emisión del complemento de pago, revisar registro de retenciones y otras deducciones fiscales, dentro de los periodos establecidos. Realizar las conciliaciones de las cuentas por cobrar de los clientes asignados mensualmente obteniendo la aceptación del cliente de manera digital o por escrito, así como validar el cuadre contable de cada una.

¿Cómo harás la diferencia?

Responsabilidades clave:

- Previsión de pagos.Generar al inicio de mes por cliente, vencimiento y fecha confirmada de pago, reportando desviaciones y acciones correctivas de manera semanal para el logro del presupuesto.
- Cuenta por cobrar - Trabajar toda la cartera y de este debe salir los siguientes análisis:

- Programación de seguimiento a clientes por medio de visitas o llamadas a clientes
- Clientes con temas de liquidez
- Facturas con disputas
- Comentarios por parte del ejecutivo
- Acciones a realizar y su evolución.
- Ingreso de Disputas en SAP en FP4 para escalar al equipo de disputas para buscar la solución
- Envío de estados de cuenta a clientes buscando cubrir el 100% de la cartera mensual
- Conciliaciones y confirmaciones de saldos de clientes - de manera periódica se están realizando y canalizando las observaciones hasta lograr la confirmación documentada.
- Bad Debt Forecast
- Realizar la proyección por cliente y con comentarios sobre si se origina por falta de líquidos del cliente o por disputas para canalizar el seguimiento al área correspondiente.
- Complemento de pagos - basado en los depósitos diarios se deberá revisar que el equipo de Bangalore está emitiendo los complementos de pago oportunamente.
- Reportes de auditoria - Se realizarán de acuerdo a los requerimientos solicitados según corresponda, debiendo notificarse al supervisor
- Reportes de KPIs propios - Mensualmente debe realizar sus propios KPI’s para comparar con los reportados
- Informes relativos a I2C, según se requieran

Requisitos clave/calificaciones mínimas:

- Licenciatura: Administración o contabilidad
- Experiência: 2 a 3 años de experiência en el mismo puesto o área
- Conocimientos de SAP (deseable)
- Idiomas: Inglés básico
