**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES**:
Preparar los estados financieros presupuestarios y de previsión para la ubicación de la planta.

Realización del proceso de cierre mensual, incluidos los asientos correspondientes y las conciliaciones de inventario.

Análisis de los datos reales mensuales en comparación con el presupuesto y las previsiones.

Responsable de la revisión y auditoría continuas de los sistemas y actividades financieros de la planta para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa y de los GAAP.

Preparación, revisión y aprobación de todas las actividades de proyectos de capital en la ubicación, incluidos los análisis de ROI e IRR, según proceda.

Responsable de la revisión trimestral de excesos y obsoletos y de la integridad financiera del proceso.

Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los líderes de la ubicación, comprendiendo los diversos aspectos de la operación y el impacto que el cambio tiene en el rendimiento financiero.

Participa activamente en el equipo de dirección de la ubicación para orientar y dirigir las operaciones y actividades.

APTITUDES Y CONOCIMIENTOS

Se requiere una licenciatura en Contabilidad/Finanzas, se prefiere un MBA.
Se requiere un alto nível de conocimiento de aplicaciones de PC y sistemas mainframe.
Se requieren de 7 a 12 años de experiência en finanzas/contabilidad, se valorará la experiência en contabilidad de costes.
Se requiere un mínimo de 3-5 años de experiência en supervisión de personal contable.
Se valorará la experiência con Infor XA, Mapics y Hyperion Planning.
Se requiere experiência trabajando en un entorno de planta de fabricación.
Disponibilidad para desplazarse. CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO
