**Job Overview**

The role of the Transportation supervisor will be to deploy Regional transportation strategies as defined by the management, ensure a deep follow up with Peers and Stakeholders included driving leverage of the operational activities and spends as well as optimizing the transportation networks. They will drive and manage regular daily, weekly and monthly reviews with Stakeholders, projects setup and follow up as well as seek for opportunities to optimize the transportation lead times and costs included the multi-modal transportation in collaboration with business.

- Deploy the regional strategy for transportation compatible with Business strategies.

**Execution**:

- Set up and follow up with carriers KPIs, Dashboard & action trackers.
- Daily tracking: Operations and cost including the OTD.
- Daily tracking: Projects implementation & progress.
- Establish and maintain weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting & Reviews with Carriers and transportation suppliers.
- Establish a weekly follow up with Business for new Lanes creation for new businesses.
- Establish a weekly follow up with Business for new & ongoing projects.
- Analyze the existing flows/modes and seek for optimization opportunities.
- Manage & Control Transportation Costs, Forecast & KPI’s processes for transportation suppliers & Business partners.
- Manage in coordination with Logistics Quality the claims and Transportation damages.
- Ensure that the TEOA Program will be deployed and used to manage all transportation operations & Projects.
- Drive Logistics processes Continuous improvement for transportation suppliers.
- Close cooperation with Trade Compliance team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years’ experience in Transportation Management.
- Internal management experience, ability to work cross-functionally.
- Project leadership experience.
- Good communicator at all levels in the business.
- Knowledge in key Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
- SAP.
- Local language, English fluent.
- Site: Hermosillo.
