**Facilities Specialist (Especialista en instalaciones)**

**Requisitos**

Edad: 30-45

ESCOLARIDAD: egresados de ingeniería civil, arquitectura, diseño industrial, de preferencia.

Con 3-5 años de experiência.

Actividad a realizar: no es propiamente construcción si no es conservación del edificio (área de 50,000 m2), remodelaciones pequeñas, adecuaciones a estructura actual, coordinar plan de pintura anual, coordinación de proyectos de remodelación, compra de muebles, mantenimiento a muebles de exterior, administración del sistema de audio y video (previa capacitación) etc., atención a clientes internos.

Ingles 50%-60% (todos los sistemas están en ingles).

OFRECEMOS:
Sueldo $21,934.00 brutos con vales de despensa del 10% del sueldo $2,193.00 mensuales.

Pagos quincenales.

**Tiempo de contratación: temporal, entre 4 y 6 meses**

Horario: 9 am a 6 pm de lunes a viernes.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $21,934.00 al mes
