**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of proven experience as a software engineer or in a similar leadership role. Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python). Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django). Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Previous experience in developing and maintaining scalable and distributed systems.
