Apoye operacionalmente la eficiencia de procesos de Ingeniería a través de la implementación local de metodologías de trabajo y herramientas del negocio. Recopile y comunique los retornos de experiência para la mejora continua y actue como un agente de cambio mientras los equipos de Ingeniería definen y ejecutan procesos.
Sus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Estudiar, formalizar y mantener metodologías del uso de las herramientas Alstom; proponer y validar alternativas con el área si fuera necesario.
- Ser parte de la prueba e implementación de herramientas nuevas o actualizadas en el sitio, en cooperación con la oficina Central de M&T.
- Identificar necesidades funcionales y requerimientos de herramientas para los procesos de Ingeniería de Diseño.
- Asegurar el entrenamiento y asistencia al equipo local de acuerdo con sus necesidades en coordinación con la red global de Key Users.
- Monitorear requerimientos de licencias para las diferentes herramientas y preparar junto con los equipos de M&T de América el pronóstico de las necesidades de la región.
- Asistir al Gerente de Methods & Tools en la identificación de métodos y herramientas necesarias y restricciones durante las licitaciones y proyectos.
- Mantener un canal de comunicación eficaz con los departamentos de M&T de Canadá, Estados Unidos y Brasil.
- Diseñar e implementar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) para la implementación de procesos y herramientas y el entrenamiento en éstas.
- Asistir en la gestión de paquetes de trabajo de Ingeniería y el pronóstico de carga de trabajo.
- Título de Ingeniería (Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, o similar) como mínimo o 3 años de experiência en un ramo similar.
- Inglés fluido oral y escrito.
- Experiência trabajando en un ambiente diverso e internacional.
- Conocimiento intermedio (avanzado es deseable) de herramientas de TI como Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerApps.
- Habilidades computacionales.
- Conocimiento en mapeo, documentación y gestión de procesos.
- Capacidad de síntesis y solución de problemas.
- Capacidad de administrar actividades simultáneas diversas.
- Proactividad, liderazgo, habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de ser un agente de cambio.
