**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and implement robust testing solutions.
- Write comprehensive test cases and maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
- Conduct GUI Automation, ensuring that user interfaces meet quality standards.
- Perform software testing and quality engineering tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Utilize SQL and Linux skills for test setup and troubleshooting purposes.
- Contribute to API automation and database-related testing tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions for automation projects.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Automation Engineering / SDET roles.
- Strong programming skills and the ability to write well-designed test scripts.
- Adept in logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in test design and test case writing.
- Experience with software testing, quality engineering, SQL, and Linux environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of delivering automation projects and solutions.

**Nice to Have Skills**:

- Experience with database automation and mobile automation.
- Domain knowledge in Trading or Portfolio Management.
- Additional language proficiencies are considered a plus.
