As a Disaster Recovery Analyst, you will support the compliance of our operations with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and policies. Your duties will include documenting and evaluating compliance activities, handling complaints, and liaising with government agencies. To be successful, you should also have strong analytical thinking skills and be able to maintain meticulous records of complaints and compliance activities.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise. Our IT function is made up of employees with varied backgrounds and knowledge. This diversity of skills and expertise allows us to bring creative and innovative solutions.

**What you'll be doing**
- Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.
- Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
- Tracking and responding to complaints.
- Maintaining records of compliance activities.
- Communicating with government agencies.
- Preparing and filing compliance reports.

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field required.
- Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture and/or Application Architecture or the field of compliance.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with latest technologies
- Must be willing to work on a distributed team (Proposed Shift Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM)
- Operational support, systems management and administration experience with Cisco Call Manager and I3 Call Center background desired
- Proficiency in MS Office.
