**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the schedules of attorneys, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and client consultations.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups on important deadlines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between attorneys, clients, and internal staff.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for attorneys attending conferences, hearings, or meetings.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Assist with document preparation, including formatting, editing, and proofreading.
- Manage client inquiries and requests, providing exceptional client service.
- Handle initial client intake and assist in client onboarding processes
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take meeting minutes when necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and legal matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
