Travel Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Travel Coordinator, reporting directly to Administrative Manager to join the team based in Ensenada, BC, Mex.

**About The Role**:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to**:support the travel needs for the project**
- Provide administrative assistance to the Travel Site Team
- Adhere to project administrative processes and procedures.

**Main accountabilities;**

Specific roles and responsibilities within these areas including but not limited to:

- Provide detailed support specific to the needs on travel arrangements.
- Book flights, hotels and land transportation.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks which may include but are not limited to: handling administrative requests and queries, organizing and scheduling appointments, and scanning and documenting various data.
- Send project notifications as requested.
- Process travel authorizations
- Arrange travels and follow up with processing
- Maintain contact lists
- Maintain electronic calendar
- Maintain accurate electronic filing system

- 2 years of minimum experience in position
- Bachelor's Degree (preferable).
- Administrative skills, broad sense of responsibility and analytical skills.

- Fluent English
