Your tasks

The prototypes & samples Technician ensures on-time/quality prototype´s and sample´s deliveries to internal and external customers based on reliable and up-to-date information provided by R&D project's responsible (TPL or PM typically).
- Is able to by adapt dynamically to new requests and changing priorities
- Responsible for planning all sample's deliveries according to received requests
- Works with local logistics and suppliers to get requested materials/components to build the samples/prototypes
- Ensures the received materials match with the requested requirements and quality
- Interacts and report the status of the Sample builds to the R&D Project's responsible according to the requested milestones and requirements
- Works with internal or external sample shops to manufacture the requested samples and prototypes by tracking and monitoring the proper progress and assessing escalations or priorities when required
- Works with a group of technicians to instruct them to implement special modifications to the samples/prototypes according to the received requirements
- Ensures correct labeling, flashing and packaging (complete supply chain) of the samples/prototypes to be delivered.
- Develop, improve or adjust the processes related to the Prototypes/Samples area as well as to the manufacturing of the of the parts to be delivered.

**Profile**:
Technologist Degree related to: Mechatronics or Electronics
+ 2 Years of experience on manufacturing of Mechanical and Electrical Parts (preferably in Automotive)
- Experience with Supply chain and logistics is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
- General knowledge in Product Development
- Proefficient in English
- Negotiation and Conflict's Management experience
- Knowledge or certification in quality for Automotive parts/components
- Experience with sample builds planning, prioritizing and resource's planning
- Knowledge in AGILE methodologies is a plus
