Starting Salary $15,000+
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support. You will work directly with Upper Management to coordinate appointments, do entry level tasks, organize calendars, and other duties as required.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Set reminders and follow up
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs (as needed)
- Devise and maintain office filing system
**Requirements and skills**
- **Bilingual (English Req.)**:
- Organization and time management skills
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
**Salary**: From $15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 77760, Tulum, QRoo.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- 80% english (required)
