Legal Phone Agent

Join our team at HRPV as a Bilingual Phone Agent based in our Puerto Vallarta office. We're seeking individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to law firms in the US.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).
- On-site position, residing in Puerto Vallarta or nearby.
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in similar roles.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Legal background not required.
- Phone Staff Experience preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
- Support in legal documentation (non-litigation).
- Schedule and confirm appointments for US lawyers.
- Draft, proofread, and file/send legal documents.
- Set appointments and maintain lead database.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
