Responsible for all sales promotion activities, from prospecting, demonstration, training, to the possible closing of the sale, in an assigned area or in a defined set of accounts. Develops and implements an agreed area plan that meets the business objectives of increasing brand presence and support as well as increasing the customer base and improving customer satisfaction.
- Manage the B2B channel in your assigned region, making our products and services available to end users where they want to buy and for a positive end user experience.
- Develop, demonstrate and position products through a network of regional and local distribution partners, as well as end users.
- Monitor and develop sales force performance of existing distribution partners and establish new training and strategies to maximize market share and CP presence.
- Help partners' internal and external sales force to promote, present and explain CP Tools products and solutions.
- Arrange joint calls from distribution partners to large end users to recommend CP solutions, promote new products, maximize customer total value of ownership, resolve issues, or assess future product needs.
- Lead and negotiate training agreements and end customer visits with regional distribution partners, maximizing product development and CP sales and ensuring future sustainable profitable growth.
- Planning and implementing an annual product training plan with partners to maximize CP market share and enhance the CP brand throughout the territory.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED
3 years in sales with good level of sales techniques
KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in MS Office.
English Language - Intermediate level
Manufacturing and Production Processes, Sales Techniques.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
All Engineering
COMPETENCIES

This position can be located in any of the major cities in the Gulf area.
