The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team of Recruitment Professionals. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, in this role you will leverage your interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and in-depth experience-based knowledge of world-class talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to solve problems and target opportunities. You will focus on supporting recruitment and sourcing activities to identify highly qualified individuals that align to our core values and competencies for engineering, supply chain, and IT professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process-
- Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processesProvide recruiting status updates to Global Recruiting Manager and HR Managers

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s level degree in human resources or related discipline- Bachelors level degree with 3+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment OR in lieu of a Bachelor's 7+ or more years equivalent experience- 3+ years of experience in passive sourcing and utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluentlyPreferred Requirements:
- Track record of hitting or exceeding all recruiting metrics- Recruiting experience in manufacturing and/or engineering industries- Experience with high volume recruiting- Displays strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization, including strong written and verbal communication skills
