- Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields.
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
- Assure and Manage Process Control Plan.
- Lead and actively participate in the quality and Continuous improvement initiatives and programs: DPS, TS 16949, LAT, etc.
- Lead Material Review Board and provide assistance to Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, and Design Engineering personnel involved in the disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Participate and lead cost reduction projects.
