**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis. Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness.
The role's responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Business requirements analysis
- Solution design based on process and technology (IBM and SAP-Ariba)
- SAP Ariba configuration
- Quality Assurance/SW Testing
- Solution deployment
- Training of support groups and users
- Post-production support
- Problem triage and resolution
- Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis. Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness.
The role's responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Business requirements analysis
- Solution design based on process and technology (IBM and SAP-Ariba)
- SAP Ariba configuration
- Quality Assurance/SW Testing
- Solution deployment
- Training of support groups and users
- Post-production support
- Problem triage and resolution
- Product Owner relationship handling
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
At least 1 year of ongoing work in the following areas of study:

- Business requirements definition, documentation, testing and implementation
- Data analysis mid-high complexity utilizing tools such as Excel spreadsheets functions & formulas
- Large-scale IT transformation project implementation experience
- Agile methodology
- Problem resolution
- Creative thinking
- Able to effectively communicate and leverage communication tooling.
- Self directed
- Able to work in a complex cross team environment
- English level: proficient
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- SAP Ariba configuration for P2P and S2C modules
- Source-to-Pay E2E process knowledge (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier management, Procure-to-pay)
- ERP experience (SAP ECC, Oracle, etc)
- Automation/RPA
- Microsoft Tools (Excel & ppt)
- PMI and/or IBM PM certification
- Project and/or Program management with technical skill to automate process, pull and analyze data, skillfully use tooling (Aha, Git, Trello)
- Experience with management and communication tooling like Slack, Box, playbooks, web sites
- Technical skills for dashboards, report automation, data analysis
- Organized
